Need for qualified personnel
The team is retained. There are 10 employees spread across the two sites. We are looking for electricians, heating plumbers and heating, ventilation and air conditioning maintenance technicians. We will respond to local requests from Andouillé and Commer because we are craftsmen established in these two municipalities.
The new manager Cédric Guilmeau is 48 years old. He obtained his BTS in electrotechnics at Réaumur high school in Laval. He completed quality training in Nantes which allowed him to join Eiffage as a maintenance technician. He stayed there for 16 years. He also worked for 10 years at Lecoules in Changé where he was operations director.
