The National Assembly rejected the “revenue” part of the 2025 finance bill. A text reworked by the left which will therefore pass to the Senate but in its original version. What the PS deputy for Ille-et-Vilaine, Mickaël Bouloux, regrets.
The deputies rejected the revenue part of the 2025 budget on Tuesday. The text is now going to the Senate but in its original form, that presented by the government. A disappointment for the socialist deputy for Ille-et-Vilaine, Mickaël Bouloux, also a member of the finance committee of the National Assembly.
“I am disappointed because this vote closes three weeks of debate in the hemicycle during which the left reaped and reaped victories. During these three weeks, we mobilized around three objectives: to exempt the working and middle classes from the effort, to put greater contribution on the part of the wealthiest, very large companies and the world of finance, those who can and who have benefited greatly from the policies of recent years, and bring economic recovery measures through support for the housing sector” explains Mickaël Bouloux.
