A superb day for the Karate club of Saint-Sylvestre-sur-Lot during the Open LRNA (New Aquitaine Regional League) which took place in Le Bouscat (Gironde), last Saturday October 19, with the participation of its numerous competitors, some of whom have reached the highest steps of the podiums. Each in their category: Noa Chambon, bronze medal; Dayane Gimenez, also bronze medal; Alycia Viel, silver medal; Manon Frances, gold medal. Congratulations to these four competitors. But the other competitors were not at all unworthy, with a very good participation from Shana Caminade, Julien Cantayre, Dylan Clovel, Louis Macialeck, David Palicki, Dominique Palicki, Justine Seunes, without forgetting Lou-Anne. The karate club offers several disciplines: combat and technical karate with Philippe Frances (06 82 92 49 00) and Christophe Favaretto (06 75 31 39 98), self-defense, to know how to defend yourself in all circumstances, with Jean-Marie Cantayre (06 37 42 28 06), baby karate for Tiggers (3 to 5 years old) and Little Ones Tigers (5 to 7 years old) with Cindy Lattrez (06 77 54 12 16). All classes take place at the dojo, a multi-sports hall on rue de Galiane in Saint-Sylvestre-sur-Lot.
