Alice, a 25-year-old student, has disappeared in Doubs since Friday. The searches yielded nothing and a call for witnesses was published this Monday, November 11.
Any testimony to find Alice can be valuable. Aged 25, this young woman, a student in Lille, was visiting her grandmother in Pouilley-les-Vignes (Doubs), when she disappeared on Friday November 8.
The case was considered worrying by the gendarmes, who launched a call for witnesses this Monday, November 11. It indicates that Alice has brown, shoulder-length, slightly curly hair.
She wears glasses, has blue eyes and is 1m68 tall. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black coat, dark-colored pants and a yellow scarf.
According to France 3, she was last seen on Saturday, around noon, a few kilometers from Pouilley-les-Vignes, while she was waiting at a bus stop at the entrance to the village of Auxons. According to her mother, Marie Chabod, the young woman could have tried to reach the family home, located in Haute-Saône, in Montarlot-lès-Rioz, on her own.
She also indicated that her daughter had “left without her cell phone” but had tried to contact her relatives on Saturday, using a jogger's phone. “Unfortunately, we only discovered the message in the evening. And since then, nothing,” added the mother. Worried, Marie Chabod clarified that Alice is “lost at the moment” and “in a depressed state”.
So far, police searches have yielded nothing. However, a helicopter flew over the wooded areas and investigations were carried out on the ground with dog teams, to no avail.
Anyone with information likely to advance the investigation is invited to contact the Ecole-Valentin gendarmerie at 03.81.21.16.60 or to dial 17 directly.
