La Halle: a multi-use space to energize the market and the city

One of the biggest projects of the year, the 2000 m² Hall, will see its construction start in December after a few months of delay. With a budget exceeding one million euros, this structure made of metal and Jura wood, located in the city center, will host and house the market and will serve as parking for the rest of the week. The work is scheduled to be completed in February. In 2025, an adjacent room should be renovated to provide a friendly on-site dining space.

Rehabilitation of Cité Javel: a new lease of life for a historic building

Another major project, the rehabilitation of Cité Javel will begin at the end of November with an investment of more than one million euros. This former high school of more than 1000 m², partially demolished in 2004 but having retained its original architecture, today houses several associations, including Udaf and ADLCA. The result of a year's reflection, this project aims to bring the building up to standard, make it accessible to people with reduced mobility and develop new office spaces to meet the growing demand from the associations and municipal services housed there. .
