A lack
preparation
and caution

A frenzy of theft
The young man gets wind of the car being impounded. The next day, he sets out to collect it with accomplices – they leave with the Renault Mégane and two motorcycles. Emboldened by its success, they returned there once again, on September 3, to try and unsuccessfully steal an additional two-wheeler.
Between August 26 and October 5, 2022, the team traveled across the department.

Despite other aborted nocturnal excursions, the team is launched into a series of frenzied flights. A Mégane RS, a Jaguar and a BMW will still be stolen between September 8 and October 5.

A desire for transparency
The one that everything points to as the ” brain “ of the gang has the merit of frankness, like his co-defendant in the box. A “truth approach” welcomed by the court, while their state of legal recidivism means they could face up to twenty years of imprisonment.
The six defendants should be decided on their fate, Thursday, at the end of the day, at the end of the pleadings and the requisitions of the public prosecutor.
