a security company and its director sentenced

Created in 2014, GCF used to operate in Ain and Jura. But 10 years later, this same company and its director were convicted of concealed work and fraud to the detriment of Urssaf. For several years, the company and its boss paid employees so-called mileage expenses when in reality they were additional remuneration. Damage estimated at 185,000 euros according to Urssaf. For this, GCF and its director are found guilty, but only for acts between March 2017 and December 2018.

Fines of €154,000

Another prosecution: the employment of security agents who do not have the professional private security card issued by the National Council for Private Security Activities. For these facts, the forty-year-old from Viriat was released. Partially following the prosecution's requisitions, the court sentenced the defendant to a one-year prison sentence, fully suspended on probation, in addition to a ban on running a commercial or industrial business. The court also ordered the dissolution of his company. The manager and the company are deemed responsible for the damage to Urssaf and will have to pay fines estimated at nearly 154,000 euros.
