A opportunity unique in Val-d'Oise for enthusiasts of chanson and occasional singers.
The casting team for the show Don't forget the words is looking for its candidates in Val-d'Oise and its surroundings.
Several times a year, we shine a spotlight on the department to find our future Maestro.
A juggernaut
The show brings together 650 candidates every year and searches for new profiles all year round, for gains that can range from 1,000 to 530 000 €.
“French, Belgians and Swiss are gathered around the largest karaoke of Paf. On average, there are 3.5 million viewers every evening,” explains Nicolas Guion Richard.
Nagui and the musicians make the biggest songs of the world sing chanson French to people from the four corners of France.
Every week, an “excited” casting team unearths its future candidates to make them chanter and test them on their musical knowledge.
Those who are contacted will perhaps go through three stages playoffs.
First, a telephone step.
The candidate must chanter a song of his choice, but also another, imposed.
Then, a step video.
You will have to make a ten-minute video to introduce yourself and sing a few songs French.
And finally, a video stage.
If the aspiring singer successfully completes the previous two stages, he will then be able to prove his knowledge musical while passing a test of words, always on video.
“You must have a good knowledge of French song lyrics, be dynamic and smiling, and also chanter a fair minimum,” specifies the casting team.
