Providing the best response to the Bourcains
Inaugurated in 2023, the House of Purchasing Power allows Bourcains to save money by benefiting from preferential rates on services or group purchases negotiated in advance by the municipality. However, in terms of housing and taking into account the financial and technical issues as well as the specific particularities linked to each project, the group purchases of equipment and work services that could be offered by the House of Purchasing Power do not prove to be the most suitable.
And this particularly for requests concerning home renovation or energy optimization. In this desire to provide the best possible response to the Bourcains' requests, the cooperation charter with the Maison de l'Habitat seems to be the best solution. This structure set up by Valence Romans Agglo perfectly meets these expectations and needs.
