First hearings in November
THE first hearings will be held from this month of November, with a permanent president, eight rapporteurs, a head of chamber and five clerks. Eight temporary presidents will also be appointed. Collegiate cases will be judged by three presidents accompanied by sixteen assessors specializing in asylum law.
Asylum seekers residing in Occitanie will therefore automatically be heard by the Toulouse chamber, unless they are from of a country “where the political situation is particularly complex“, specifies the CNDA.
