In this position, your missions will be to: Control the implementation work which must be carried out by the line managers and room clerks placed under your responsibility, Market and encourage the line managers to sell the leading products of the establishment, Lead the teams during the service and check the orderliness of the ranks, Check the smooth running of the service, Ensure and monitor the total quality of the customer satisfaction index, Carry out control of the cash registers of its row managers, Train the line managers/room clerks and participate in leading the briefing, Constantly worry about quality, hygiene and safety, Check that employees are aware of all the products Our future manager M/F You You must have significant professional experience as a manager in a high-end establishment, with a capacity of at least 150 people per service.
