Born in Senilhes on October 10, 1924 in a family of eight children, Marie-Jeanne Croisille has just celebrated her 100th birthday, near Arpajon-sur-Cère. Surrounded by her loved ones and the health professionals who have accompanied her throughout her life, this centenarian shows remarkable vitality.

A busy life

Marie-Jeanne Croisille grew up in a modest family. His parents, farmers in Arpajon-sur-Cère, instilled in him the values ​​of work and perseverance. Married, she raised four children: three girls and a boy, in the town of Arpajon.

Today, she lives alone in a HLM apartment in the Champ de Foire district. Thanks to an elevator that has been operational since 2024, she can easily leave her home for short walks.

Autonomous

With a voluntary, generous and lucid character, endowed with an exceptional memory, Marie-Jeanne Croisille is as independent as ever. She prepares her meals herself, knits regularly and keeps a culinary specialty popular with those close to her: potato pâté.
