SOCIETY / Drivers, guides for cultural or sporting outings, entertainers but also welcoming people for the Adelis relay are hoped for

– Southern Alps –

The APF France Handicap is looking for “great volunteers” in the Southern Alps. This association works to defend the rights of people with disabilities. Education, employment, health and even accessibility, it acts to combat the discrimination of which these people are victims. But there is a lack of resources to support the association and carry out all these missions. Drivers, guides for cultural or sporting outings, and facilitators are therefore sought. Welcoming people for the Adelis relay are also hoped for, explains Catherine Duroc, the departmental representative in the Hautes-Alpes of the APF France Handicap, and regional representative.

“This Adelis relay is a traveling bus which has been circulating for almost 3 years in the PACA region and which goes as close as possible to people, in the villages, to provide information but also conviviality”, C. Duroc
