details of minority shareholders

On October 9, we published a right of reply from the president of the SAS Open entitled “Sale of the tournament: details from Yves Henri”. Following this publication, Partena Assurances, ALK Invest, Speedi Rychi Nylon and Mr. Maurice Blajman (the minority shareholders) sent us a right of reply. Here it is.

“Mr. Yves Henri does not contest the increase in his remuneration within the SAS Open de Moselle as mentioned in the article of October 4, 2024 entitled “Can the sale of the Moselle Open be canceled? ” but on the contrary tries to justify it. Please note that it is not up to the auditor to comment on the usefulness and merits of the agreements brought to his attention.

It is completely false to write that the minority partners abstained when the general meeting ruled on the management agreement fees between Mr. Henri and the Open de Moselle company. On the contrary, they voted against the approval of this convention.

Finally, it is recalled that Mr. Henri has always refused to produce this agreement and especially to indicate what distinguishes its purpose from his functions as president of the company.

Unlike Mr. Henri, Fabrice Santoro who is the man who allowed us to acquire the license, due to his privileged relationship with Arnaud Lagardère, ex-owner of the date, and who was the first president of SAS Open de Moselle, did not receive any remuneration. Raymond Doudot, who succeeded him and who invested the largest sums in the company’s capital to avoid the tournament leaving for Taipei, was never paid either. And the same goes for Eric Lucas after M. Doudot.

Mr. Henri is therefore the only president in the entire history of the Moselle Open to have been paid.”
