In order to respond quickly to the damage caused by recent bad weather in Yvelines, an accelerated procedure for recognizing the state of natural disaster has been launched for the municipalities concerned.
An exceptional commission will be held on October 22, 2024. Municipalities wishing to benefit from this recognition must send their file to the Departmental Directorate of Territories (DDT) before October 17, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.
Municipalities used to using the ICatNat platform can submit their CERFA directly there. Those who do not have access to this tool can send their file in paper format to the PRN cell.
Important: please do not check box A3 (torrential floods) on the form. Only events linked to river overflows (A1) and runoff and mudslides (A2) will be examined by this exceptional commission.
Municipalities that have already submitted a form with box A3 checked will be contacted by the DDT on Monday to correct their request.
Files submitted after the deadline of October 17, 2024 will only be examined during the next committee meeting under normal procedure, scheduled for November 12, 2024.
