123 Pare-Brise continues its expansion and opens a 123rd agency in Morbihan

Present in ten regions, 123 Pare-Brise has the ambition of being the first independent integrated network in . “We open a new agency approximately every two weeks,” indicates the operational director, Ludovic Vaesken. “Our desire is to network the entire territory by 2027 with 200 agencies.” For now, the specialist in glazing repair on rolling vehicles is preparing to open its 123e agency, in (Morbihan). And by the end of the year, the company hopes to open seven additional branches.

“Crazy growth.” This is how Ludovic Vaesken describes the progression of his activity. “We want to be the alternative on the market,” he says. “Our particularity lies in being a network of branches with standardized processes that allow us to move quickly.”

30% growth per year

And the business is even going very fast. Founded in 2020 and managed by three partners, Ludovic Vaesken, Norbert Sibert, the president and Albéric Bienvenu, general manager, it is experiencing annual growth of around 30%. One of the partners being in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, 123 Pare-Brise therefore has two head offices, the historic one in the North and the second in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.

Be present everywhere in France

“We thus wish to strengthen our presence in mainland France. Within four years we will be present practically everywhere in France except in Île-de-France, where we remain distant for the moment,” he adds. Hauts-de-France, with , are the regions where the company is most present with around thirty agencies. Agency openings are planned for next year, particularly in the metropolitan area and on the Côte d’Opale.

Strategic locations

The brand’s credo is to offer agencies that are all identical to each other, with a visible and accessible location, and which all offer the same services. “The opening and development of a center requires around 100,000 euros of investment,” explains the director. “Its positioning is above all strategic.”

Opening a training center

To be able to operate these new centers, the company will have to recruit 200 people over the next twelve months. A real challenge given the shortage of profiles on the market. This is why 123 Pare-Brise decided to open its own training center in Bourgoin-Jallieu (Isère). 12 candidates make up the first training and will return to school this week. “There are two of us in the glazing sector who offer certification training,” rejoices Ludovic Vaesken. “The school workshop is identical to that of the agencies and the candidates will be able, at the end of the training, to claim the title of operator glazing.”

Four promotions will follow each year. They will each follow work-study training, designed in six four-week cycles (one week in the training center and three in the agency).

Aware that these trained recruits can potentially be recruited by his competitors, Ludovic Vaesken is confident: “That’s the game. But we hope to be able to keep them thanks to our identity and the good conditions that we can offer them.”
