This is an express investigation carried out by police officers from the Seine-Sant-Denis judicial police. According to information from BFMTV, three suspects were placed in police custody, this Monday October 7 and Tuesday October 8, in the premises of the departmental judicial police service (SDPJ) of Seine-Saint-Denis as part of an investigation after a violent attack against a guard at La Santé prison in Paris. Information confirmed by the Bobigny public prosecutor’s office to BFMTV.
“Several blows to the face”
The facts date back to the evening of September 26. That evening, around 10:45 p.m., three unknown men, masked and armed with a handgun, managed to enter the home of the prison guard, residing in Montreuil-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis).
The victim agent, born in 1983, had been injured by “several blows to the face”, and his partner, born in 1989, had been “shocked, but not injured”, according to information transmitted by the Bobigny prosecutor’s office which specifies that ‘”no other person was in the home at the time of the incident.”
Before leaving the apartment, the attackers had made “threats related to the work of the prison officer”, added the prosecution, without elaborating further on the content of the comments made.
