Current projects

Upcoming projects

The Bondon project will include 36 social housing units on Boulevard du Général de Monsabert. The work will be launched in 2025 for a delivery date set at the end of 2026. The “Limoge” project, Allée de , provides for 74 housing units including 20 social rentals, 54 for ownership via real solidarity lease and a crèche on the ground floor. ground floor. Work will begin in the second half of 2025 for delivery in 2027. The “Tohannic” operation, avenue de Tohannic, will do even better with 86 housing units including 55 social rentals and 31 BRS, the schedule for which has not yet been validated.

“La Sitelle”, rue du Commandant Charcot, will reach the same level with 43 social rental units, 17 BRS and 25 homes for disabled people. Two more modest projects could see the light of day: six social rental housing units on rue des Frères Crapel and 15 for sale in the future state of completion on the OAP La Rabine (former normal school for young girls on the right bank of the port).

Morbihan Habitat should finally deliver three intermediate rental housing units in the first half of 2025 with a more expensive rent, i.e. €11.81/m².
