The raclette party is so successful in this Calvados village that the room had to be enlarged

There was some monde from gathered to Campandré-Valcongrainvillage of Calvados and delegated commune of Monts d’Aunay, Sunday September 29, 2024.

And for good reason, the commune’s festivals committee, chaired by Odile Bauche, organized the 2nd edition of its raclette lunch at the community hall.

A meeting which had a great successwith 70 guests expectedso much so that it was necessary to enlarge the room using a tent in order to receive them.

“It’s the Boîte aux fromages de Merville-Franceville that provides us with the cheese and charcuterie platters, as well as the individual raclette machines. They work with tea lights, it’s more convenient and more secure than electrical appliances,” assured the president before the start of the feast.

The guests were then able to share their meal together, in complete friendliness.
