After having conquered the taste buds of Parisians with his first two addresses in the 9th and 14th, the chef Mory Sacko is back with a third address, command, in the heart of Paris, in the 2nd arrondissement. On the program: always more sound poulet frit exquisite of which he alone has the secret, with however a little novelty which already makes us salivate.
Conquering the center of Paris
Obviously, the former candidate of Top Chef and king of comfort food never ceases to surprise us. It is at the level of Path that this third Mosugo restaurant opened its doors on October 2. “ Frankly what joy! », writes the chef on his Instagram account. The decoration of this new establishment was carried out by Aurélia Chalier and a new one visual identity managed by the Yorgo&Co studio accompanies everything.
An ultra gourmet novelty on the menu
But the real highlight of the showit is this new recipe that has been added to the menu: the Chicken & Wafflesa generous alliance between Scandinavian waffles, with the crispy fried chicken characteristic of Mosugo restaurants. Serve with Cajun butter manié, a maple Bulldog sauce and maple syrup, and we obtain a recipe which promises to be ultra gourmet well that « sugar and fat » have been reduced, assures the chef. A version Plantain & Waffles with plantains instead of chicken is also available. Obviously, the usual recipes remain on the menu, so you can have a little fun with Fried Chicken signature, de Order Chicken or Veggie Burgerof Teriyaki veggie burger or even Fried plantain.
