In partnership with ExpoNantes, the Campus of Professions and Qualifications Design & Industry of the Future Pays de la Loire is organizing the entire day of Tuesday 1is October 2024 at the Industrie Grand Ouest show, a thematic forum to immerse middle and high school students in the heart of regional industry 4.0 through a discovery journey.
This project is one of the flagship actions of the Campus 2024 and benefited from financial support from the Pays de la Loire Region.
Eight establishments registered 340 students and their accompanying teachers for this event: middle school students from 3e (Le Bon Conseil, René Bernier, Immaculate Conception), 3e career preparation (Saint-Félix La Salle, LP Les Savarières) and high school students of 2nde et 1re general, technological and professional sectors (Livet, Appert, Monge Chauvinière).
The course includes six workshops led by members of the innovation commission and Campus partners (higher education and industrial establishments) and ends with a meeting with industrial volunteers exhibiting at the show (Rubix, Technidis Docks Maritimes, SFCMM, etc.) .
The 24 groups of young people who will follow one another throughout the day and live this experience will be accompanied by student volunteers from Icam Ouest and the École Centrale de Nantes as soon as they arrive at the show.
The six workshops offered: 1. Hydrogen, a new energy vector. 2. Robots to assist operators and reduce arduous work, 3. New, more ecological manufacturing materials. 4.: Augmented reality at the service of operators. 5. Everyone to reinvent the industry. 6. The plastics industry is reinventing itself.
