To mark its centenary, the Lombard house invests the capital with an unprecedented immersive experience. From May 22 to June 12, 2025, a pop-up store in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés (70 rue du Cherche-Midi, 75006 Paris) will open its doors to the general public, offering a dive into the singular universe of The family home.
In a sleek and authentic setting, faithful to the philosophy of Lombard, visitors will be able to explore the subtleties of Champagne terroirs through several animation formats: workshops and masterclasses led by wine experts, to deepen the knowledge of champagne and its Development. Thematic tastings, highlighting the emblematic cuvées of the house. Interactive experiences, including an immersion in virtual reality to discover champagne terroirs and a cabinet of sensory curiosities to awaken all the senses.
During these three weeks, several events will mark the pop-up, in particular:
- May 29: Masterclass with Louis-Victor Charvet
- June 1: Sensory symphony “White white” – a meditative tasting to the sound of quartz bowls, highlighting two vintage cuvées from the first vintages of the Côte des Blancs.
- June 5: Masterclass with Yves Tesson
- June 7: Candle workshop with Marsault, specialist in the upcycling of champagne bottles.
- June 8: Sensory symphony “Les Ribauds”, where white champagne of blacks and gin distilled “Spirit les ribauds” mingle, in an unprecedented sound immersion.
- Other gourmet meetings are planned with exceptional houses such as Caviar Prunier and the Louvre cheese dairy (dates to be confirmed).
Under the leadership of Thomas Lombard, the great-grandson of the founder, the house continues its commitment to a rigorous parcel approach and an exceptional champagne expressing all the diversity of Champagne terroirs. With a biological conversion started in 2019 and a vinification favoring the weak dosages, the Champagpenlombard inscribes its know-how in a modern and responsible vision of champagne. With this Parisian pop-up, the Lombard house celebrates its past while affirming its dynamic of innovation.
