North of Paris, 1,300 dwellings and a large park on one of the last wasteland of Small Crown
How to describe rue Pierre, which serves as a “border” between Clichy and Saint-Ouen, and therefore between Hauts-de-Seine and Seine-Saint-Denis? Like an uncompromising street, we can assert without too much euphemism. Mainly borrowed by trucks, it connects the Seine quays to the new constructions around the RER C station and line 14 of the metro. An artery with, on both sides, industrial wasteland who have been waiting for their metamorphosis for ages.
An important step was taken on January 13 with the signing of the development concession. This was allocated to Sequano, the mixed economy company for urban development and renewal of Seine-Saint-Denis, which has already produced the neighboring ZAC.
