Alert launchers call on Martinicans to co-signate a complaint against large distributors

The couple Desir pursues their fight against life dear in relentlessly. After highlighting the lack of transparency of the Bernard Hayot group (GBH), the whistleblowers extend their action to all large distributors. They invite citizens who wish to co-signate the complaint filed in court on January 14.

The desire couple and two other Martinican whistleblowers had filed a complaint against X on January 14. This targets all the major distributors of Martinique accused of abusive business practices.

This action follows their first complaint against the GBH group, whose officials are suspected of refusing to publish their financial accounts. The case is awaiting judgment.

The objective of this new complaint, filed on January 14, 2025 in the court, is to denounce the excessive prices that weigh on Martinican consumers. The Bernard Hayot group had denounced this complaint for an agreement and abuse of a dominant position by calling it “slanderous”.

We are happy because before our arrival, there were people waiting for us. We intend to stay in the dreary Red, but what we would like is that people seize this complaint and that they organize this kind of signature everywhere. The form is on the website. People can sign, add their identity document and send us the information by e-mail or to our lawyer Maître Portejoie.

This initiative, following the article in the newspaper Liberation, aims to federate the population around a common cause: total transparency and the regulation of prices of consumer products. By mobilizing massively, whistleblowers wish to put pressure on the authorities and supermarkets.
