Last Friday, at the end of the day, my phone rang. “John, there are a very large number of Sindères storks on the roadside trees. If you can come, it's spectacular! »»
Time to take my camera and after a few minutes of drive, a magnificent show is available to me. First of all, many residents of the village are gathered, outstretched arms, brandishing mobile phones, with smiles on the faces in the middle of animated conversations. The beautiful white and black ladies rest on the trees, there is no more room, they cave, it's magic.
A little rest in their migration to the north.
All around, people admire. It's crazy what the beauty of nature can federate the inhabitants, we look, we dream, we no longer think of anything, we appreciate this moment of sharing.
So, the next time you walk in our village, look up to the trees. You may have the chance to attend this unusual and charming ballet: the storks, these tireless travelers, who take a well-deserved little break before resuming their flight to the north.
