The Ministry of Land and Air Infrastructures and Transport has launched a free registration campaign for non-registered two-wheelers, as part of an action plan to strengthen road safety. This initiative, announced in an official statement made public on Saturday, offers users an opportunity to regularize their situation for free until March 13, 2025.
In order to simplify the process for the many users located in the Dakar region, the ministry has announced the deployment of teams of auditors on three strategic sites:
- National Pikine Arena Stadium
- Stade Amadou Barry de Guédiawaye
- Galandou stadium Diouf de Rufisque
“These checks will take place every Monday and Tuesday, from Monday, January 27, 2025,” said the ministry.
To avoid unnecessary trips and guarantee optimal management, an online platform has been made available: Bindu-mitta.sec.gouv.sn.
This portal allows users to make an appointment for free and follow step by step their registration process.
This initiative marks a significant step in the fight against road insecurity, promoting regularization and facilitating access to key administrative services.
