Rabat authorities now remove the parables and air conditioners installed on the windows, balconies and buildings of buildings.
A safe source of the commune of the capital entrusted the Info site that the authorities granted citizens 15 days to withdraw their parables and air conditioners, especially in the buildings located in large avenues. They harm, in fact, to the aesthetics of the city, which prompted the authorities to launch this campaign.
He added that the latter were forced to withdraw the parables and air conditioners of citizens who refused to remove them within the time limit given to them.
Recall that a decree, adopted in 2018, prohibits the installation of parabolic antennas on facades and balconies. Setting the conditions of the condominium, the decree on the status of the condominium of the built buildings prohibits in its article 13 the installation of the various devices, including the air conditioners and the parables on the facades of the buildings.
Article 11 of the said decree, the implementation of which is awarded to the Ministry of National Planning, Town Planning, Housing and City Policy, prohibits household chores, such as dusting Carpets on the terraces or in the corridors. While article 12 of the same decree relating to health and hygiene rules highlights the need to respect green spaces and hygiene rules.
Also among the conditions of the condominium, the prohibition of washing cars, the use of horns in common places and the evacuation of corridors and entries, devoted only to pedestrians.
-Regarding domestic animals, article 19 prohibits the possession of dangerous animals which disturb the tranquility, cleanliness and safety of the inhabitants.
