Geneva: Cyclist seriously injured and witnesses sought

A Portuguese man in his forties was hospitalized in serious condition, after a fall while cycling, Thursday, around 8:30 p.m., near number 1 of the Malagou road, opposite the Natural History Museum. When he was picked up, “the cyclist was not able to speak,” said the cantonal police. The latter launched a call for witnesses on Friday.

The police have indicated that it is currently impossible to determine the circumstances of the accident; especially if a third party was involved. Any witnesses are asked to contact the Road and Accident Brigade at the following number: +41 22 427 64 50.
