Impossible to talk about Haikara without mentioning its sashimi and fish of impeccable quality and freshness. Here, chef Sho Miyashita makes a point of working with exceptional products. The sashimi, cut with precision and served with a subtle seasoning, literally melts in the mouth. Tuna, salmon, sea bream… each species celebrates freshness and Japanese know-how.
