Swiss Steel wants to leave the Swiss Stock Exchange
The steelmaker Swiss Steel announced on Friday that it wanted to withdraw from the Swiss stock exchange SIX Swiss Exchange. Management puts forward the possibility of off-exchange trading of its shares. An extraordinary general meeting is scheduled for February 17.

“The board of directors has decided that the usefulness of a stock exchange listing on SIX no longer justifies the relatively high costs and administrative requirements associated with it,” reports a press release.
