The man in question, of Ivorian nationality, was apprehended this Thursday by the police. It is the director general of a well -known company in Dakar. According to the first elements of the investigation, the incident occurred Thursday in the middle of the day. After having sown panic in the Colobane district, the suspect abandoned his vehicle, which belongs to his wife, in the police sector of unit 15 of the Assainies, according to Seneweb.
The investigators, thanks to meticulous investigations, were able to quickly go back to him and arrest. During his interrogation, the director general, identified by his initials TMAD, explained that he had an altercation with a person. According to him, the situation would have degenerated: “When some asked the police intervention, a crowd began to come together around me. I took advantage of this moment to flee, ”he said.
The Ivorian national was placed in police custody in the premises of the Unity Commissariat 15. He is prosecuted for several charges, in particular destruction of goods belonging to others, endangering the life of others or flight offense.
