It is in an electric atmosphere that the Yverdon population will have to elect, on February 9, its seventh municipal. Just over three months after the death of the elected socialist Jean-Claude Ruchet, it is time for the executive to be complete again. While in the left, some voices have been raised to claim a unique candidacy in view of the circumstances, four personalities finally submitted their files on time.
If this final square guarantees a democratic choice, it is an understatement to say that it also offers its share of surprises. Between the candidacy of Ruben Ramchurn, the well -known troublemaker of the city, and that of Mergim Dibrani, former member of the PS pushed to resignation after making remarks judged to be defamatory against the municipal election of his Brenda Tuosto group, some suitors have profiles to say the least.
