At a press conference, the third line of the XV of France François Cros spoke of the thirst for titles of the XV of France before slipping a few words on the return to Marcoussis of Oscar Jegou and Hugo Auradou.
How can we explain that an exceptional generation like the current French selection has won so few titles?
On would like to have un more extensive list of achievements but that's up to us. We are the ones on the ground and it is up to us to make the necessary efforts to expand this list. We have a group that lives well, that plays well. Now it has to come to fruition.
It is a French group without its Bordeaux, Toulouse and Toulonnais who trained this Tuesday in Marcoussis. Oscar Jegou and Hugo Auradou were present on the CNR's main field.

Is there any pressure related to all this?
No, honestly, we don't worry about it. It's true that the results are perhaps not successful in the sense that trophies are missing but once again, it's a group that works well and plays good matches. Now we have to manage to perpetuate this and validate it with something.
How did you experience the latest demonstrations of strength by French clubs in the Champions Cup?
-Personally, it gives you confidence, but the Tournament will be a completely different competition. We know, even for ourselves, the energy we put in when we are in the selection. It's completely different: if I take last weekend's match, for us in Toulouse where we scored 80 points on Leicester, many made the comparison with a France-England but that has nothing to do with it. […] We shouldn't get carried away, especially since this year, we have three trips (in Ireland, England and Italy, Editor’s note). It won't be easy.
How did you welcome the return to training of Oscar Jegou and Auradou?
Everything happened naturally. I think they also want to move forward, to put this story behind them a little. We therefore welcomed them like all the players in the group. When you are part of this group, you are an integral part of it and you forget these sides a little.
As a former member of the France group, have you been asked to supervise their return to the field?
No. I think this episode made us all grow and we all became aware of the responsibilities we have and the risks we run towards outsiders. We knew it, we were aware of it, but even more so since this affair.
