an imprisoned “nanny”, 32 kg of cannabis seized in her apartment

He had concealed the drug and the money generated by traffic in his apartment in Montmorency (Val-d'Oise). At the origin of this operation, information collected by the municipal police officers of Montmorencythe latter suspecting an individual of being involved in drug trafficking.

As part of a preliminary investigation under the authority of the Pontoise public prosecutor's office, on Thursday January 16, 2025, a coordinated response between several services, the municipal police of Montmorency, Bac d'Enghien, investigators from the Narcotics group and the local Judicial Police Service (Slpj) of Enghien, and finally the canine brigade. 32 kg of cannabis, 23,095 euros and firearm ammunition seized

The officials entered the home and came across two individuals, including the alleged “nanny”, who were immediately arrested. During the search, investigators seized 26.7 kg of resin and 5.9 kg of cannabis herb and all the equipment necessary for packaging the drug. They also got their hands on 23,095 euros in cash et 341 firearm ammunition.

At the end of his police custody, the main suspect, who was a repeat offender, was referred to immediate appearance before the criminal court of Pontoise, Monday January 20, 2025. He was sentenced to 3 years in prison, a sentence accompanied by a committal warrant. The trafficker having been imprisoned after the hearing.
