Yellow alert and risk of freezing rain

Météo-France announced a risk of freezing rain on January 22 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a yellow alert in the east of the Moselle.

Eastern Moselle will be affected by freezing rain this Wednesday, January 22, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. If the risk can concern the entire department, it seems more marked between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. in the Pays de Sarrebourg and the Pays de Bitche.

Traffic conditions may become difficult across the entire network; some damage may also affect the electricity distribution and telephone networks.

The prefecture recommends limiting your travel, adapting your speed and facilitating the passage of road salting equipment.
