Rémy Féougier24 years old, graduated from a STAPS Master in sports management and specialized in the creation of sporting and leisure events, launched The Sports Routea company that offers laser game outdoors and especially in roaming.

A laser game in the great outdoors

Unlike classic laser games confined in closed spaces, Rémy Féougier's approach puts the spotlight on the greats natural spaces.

Forests, small villages or abandoned places (urbex) are transformed into life-size playgrounds. “It’s an original way to discover or rediscover the magnificent landscapes of Cantal,” he explains.

And when asked about his favorite places, he answers: “The lake of Saint-Étienne-Cantalès, the Col de Légal or even the Lake of Graves”.

Because with its concept itinerant, Rémy travels directly to clients or to public places. The activity is accessible to everyone, from 6 years old, whether for private events, activities in campsites, leisure centers or team building activities.

An immersive, high-tech gaming experience

Far from the clichés of traditional laser game, this version is based on equipment modern and immersive. No breastplate here, but a rifle and a helmet equipped with sensors and a digital viewfinder. The highly customizable games combine strategy and team spirit: varied game modes (team match, free-for-all, etc.), specific weapons (sniper, shotgun, flamethrower) and adjustable parameters (range of shots, hit points, ammunition). “It’s not a simple elimination game,” explains Rémy.

“The objective is to score the most points by hitting your opponents. And after each game, I do a debriefing with the statistics: who hit who, how many times, who are the most successful players, what was so-and-so's favorite target… This pleases both novices and regulars of the games. strategy games“. Games can even take place at night, thanks to suitable equipment. An experience that he has already successfully tested during a themed Halloween evening.

The company, based in Saint-Amans-des-Côts (Aveyron) and Aurillac (Cantal), has 20 facilities, making it possible to organize parties of up to 10 against 10. The activity is aimed at families, friends and businesses alike. Last summer, Rémy notably worked with local campsites such as Les Rives du Lac Cantalès and Domaine La Plage du Garoustel, who have already expressed their desire to repeat the experience.
