In Brussels, the Place Fontainas district was closed on Sunday evening due to a suspicious package. This information was communicated by the local police in Brussels. The package was discovered on board an STIB bus shortly before 6 p.m.
“We immediately closed the area and specialist services are on site to investigate the package,” police sources said. “Until there is more clarity, the area will remain closed.”
