The black ice surprised everyone this Saturday, January 18 in the morning when numerous accidents following slipping on the roadway were recorded from the south to the north of the department.
-Beyond road accidents, firefighters also intervened for eighteen falls on foot and by bike, rather concentrated in the center and north of the department, in the sectors of Parthenay, Thouars and Bressuire.
