Taïba Niassene: The birth of Baye Niass celebrated this Saturday

Great religious fervor expected in Taïba Niasséne (Kaolack). Thousands of faithful flock to the locality to celebrate the birth of Sheikh Al Islam El Hadji Ibrahima Niass, known as Baye (1900-1975). The official ceremony will be held around 5 p.m. and will be enhanced by the presence of the Caliph of Medina Baye, Sheikh Mahy Niass.
