The 40-year-old mother said she was “grabbed in the back” and felt “a sharp metal object in her throat, which was in fact a kind of Swiss army knife”.
A woman claims to have been sexually assaulted on January 14 in Bois-le-Roi (Seine-et-Marne), after dropping her son off at primary school, by a 14-year-old teenager, reports La République de Seine-et -Marl.
The 40-year-old mother said she was “grabbed in the back” and felt “a sharp metal object in her throat, which was in fact a kind of Swiss army knife”.
“I tried to free myself but my attacker, a 14-year-old schoolboy, shorter than me, pressed the blade against my neck and asked me several times to bend down. I pushed him away and he “He caught up. Then he grabbed me by the hips and made frantic movements,” she continued.
A complaint filed
The forty-year-old explained that she shouted, asking the minor what he was doing, before he fled. She then, according to her story, asked for help from a student's father who was passing by on his bike. The teenager was then arrested by the national police.
-“I don't judge his family and I have a lot of empathy for them. For my part, I only suffer from physical pain. I have aches and superficial wounds between my neck and chin. But I am fine psychologically. and I have a lot of support from the parents. The idea is not to hide things so that the Bacotte community can help each other!” she concluded with La République de Seine-et-Marne.
A complaint for aggravated violence and sexual assault was filed with the Fontainebleau police station. An investigation is underway and the minor was treated by doctors.
