In an area of Couesnon Marches de Bretagne where mobility often constitutes a barrier, It’In responds with a concrete solution: a converted camper van which provides free support administrative et digital to those who need it.

At the helm, Flavio Ficara, digital advisor, offers a accompaniement custom made.

With the support of ServicesIt'In also helps residents navigate their administrative procedures, thus strengthening its role as a local service.

Three steps for the first semester

For the start of 2025, It'In stops every week in three towns. Coglès (Les Portes du Coglais) : Tuesdays (9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.) in front of the tobacco bar and grocery store La Tanière des Portes du Coglais.

Marcillé-Raoul: Wednesdays (9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.) in front of the town hall. Saint-Marc-le-Blanc: Fridays (2 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.) in front of the media library.

France Services also maintains an administrative office at Saint-Brice-en-Coglès (Rock Stone)every Friday morning from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

This biannual calendar helps maximize local impact before redirecting the bus towards other municipalities in the second half of the year.

The semester calendar is a way of anchoring the service in a municipality. This gives residents time to take ownership of the bus, to talk about it to those around them and to feel comfortable walking through the door.

A framework that invites discussion

In one year, It'In has already attracted more than 210 users, coming from nine municipalities different. Success is due as much to the effectiveness of the service as to the simplicity of the framework. Here, no impersonal counter, but a friendly and warm space where exchanges take place easily.

“Residents appreciate the proximity, but also the fact that the bus eases access to public services. Some tell me that they feel like they are on a trip,” smiles Flavio Ficara.

And, casually, this relaxed atmosphere plays an important role in making them dare to take the plunge

Workshops that create connections

In addition to individual support, group workshops are offered on practical themes: digital storage, social networks, or even email management.

HAS Bazouges-la-Pérouse or at the ESCC of Roch stonethese meetings make it possible to bring residents together around common needs.

“These moments of exchange are precious. They show that we are never alone when faced with a difficulty and that we can learn together, confides Céline Angot, director of social cohesion at Couesnon Marches de Bretagne.
