After A funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Hello Dolly!it is another American musical comedy which will be invited onto the stages of the famous theater. From April 24, 2025, Titanic will make us sail with the waves, the mythical history of Jack and Rose and Celine Dion's greatest hits.
A parody musical
It is one of the greatest American successes arriving in France. True parody you film Titanic by James Cameron, the musical takes up the story of Jack and Rose that no one could separate… Except Celine Dion ! The story is told from the point of view of the canadian singer tells what really happened to Jack and Rose that famous evening when the boat sank. Using his most famous songs — “I’m Alive”, “All By Myself”, “My Heart Will Go On” — and a lively sense of humor, she makes us laugh out loud and makes us want to sing alongside her.
An off-Broadway success that is winning stages around the world
Staged for the very first time at Los Angeles in 2017, Titanic then joined The Asylum Theatre in New York in June 2022. The success is resounding: the show by Tye Blue, Marla Mindelle and Constantine Rousouli won three Lucille Lortel Awards including the one in the category “Outstanding Musical”, as well as an Off Broadway Alliance Award in 2023 and un Obie Award last year. Since 2024, the show has taken its first steps outside the United States, to join AustraliaCanada, as well as West End in London. In 2025, it is therefore in France that Titanic will play out and you can already reserve your seats !
