Nasser Bourita receives the DG of the African Union Development Agency
In a statement to the press following this signing ceremony, Backgammon Bekele-Thomas welcomed the commitment of Moroccoguided by the Vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VIin favor ofAfrican integration and the Kingdom’s continued support for the Agency’s actions.
In this regard, she stressed that the signing of these two agreements concretizes the Royal vision for Africa and the commitment of Morocco towards theAfrican Union and theAU Development Agency. Indeed, the Framework Cooperation Agreement illustrates Morocco’s support for the development of the African continent, she observed, adding that theADUA-NEPAD will work in coordination with the Kingdom for the implementation of the AU Agenda 2063.
