From January 20, the Paris Center town hall is experimenting with a PIMMS France Services office on Monday mornings by appointment and Monday afternoons without an appointment.
PIMMS advisors can support you in the main daily administrative procedures, answer your questions and help you with online procedures. They can resolve more complex situations by relying on a correspondent within partner networks. They provide you with IT tools and support you in their use (creation of an e-mail address, printing or scanning of documents necessary for the creation of administrative files). They primarily support you in the procedures of the following institutions: Public Finance (DDFFiP), Family Allowances (Caf), Health Insurance (CPAM), Retirement Insurance (Carsat), National Agency for Secured Titles (ANTS), France Travail, La Poste, Mutualité sociale agricole (MSA), Point-justice, France Rénov', Energy check.
