The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad, Mr. Nasser Bourita, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malawi, Mrs. Tembo, expressed, Thursday in Rabat, their commitment to strengthening cooperation between Morocco and Malawi at the bilateral and multilateral levels.

On the bilateral level, the two ministers committed to further strengthening cooperation, particularly in the area of ​​food security where the Kingdom of Morocco will support the Republic of Malawi in the establishment of an ambitious partnership for the development of sustainable agriculture.

At the multilateral level, Mr. Bourita and Ms. Tembo stressed the importance of intensifying their cooperation with a view to further harmonizing their positions within regional, continental and international institutions, such as the African Union (AU) and the United Nations. United Nations (UN), it is emphasized in a joint communiqué signed at the end of the talks between the two ministers.
