Despite the rapid intervention of emergency services, a woman died after having suffered a fall of more than 15 meters during the night of Tuesday 14 to Wednesday 15 January 2025, in Saint-Gratien (Val-d'Oise).
It was 3:28 a.m. when the firefighters were dispatched to a person who had fallen into the void from the 7e floor of a building on rue du Général-Leclerc.
The privileged suicide thesis
Upon arrival, the crew discovered the victim in cardiorespiratory arrest on the ground. Despite resuscitation attempts, he was pronounced dead at the scene a few moments later.
-While the exact circumstances in which the victim fell remain to be determined by the police investigation, the hypothesis of suicide was privileged in the aftermath of the tragedy.
