Of the 1,271 people who were checked, 135 were turned away. The latter did not meet the necessary conditions for their stay in Guyana.

Transport of migrants and goods

In addition to the checks, the operation led to the arrest of three individuals wanted by the authorities, as well as the fines of eight pilots for unauthorized docking. The boats intercepted, mainly from Suriname, were transporting migrants and goods completely illegally.
