Gap: where is the work on the Carré de l'Imprimerie?

This new phase concerns asbestos removal of the former Prenot-Guinard fishmonger. Air extractors, which have been placed in the interior courtyard to avoid noise pollution for local residents, operate 24 hours a day. This asbestos removal operation should not exceed two weeks.

At the same time, the demolition of the old buildings on the block continues, rue de l'Imprimerie, starting from rue Pasteur towards rue du Center. The scaffolding and pedestrian tunnel, installed on rue de l'Imprimerie, were extended to the corner of rue du Center. No car cannot circulate on rue de l'Imprimerie.

As a reminder, the Carré de l'Imprimerie project consists of the construction of two three-story buildings, topped with an attic level, housing 107 social housing unitstwo cinemas, a municipal activity hall and some shops.
