For more than two months, Mohamed has been alone facing the heaviness of the administrative machine pushed to the extreme. “You can only make an appointment through a dedicated platform which opens slots once a week, at 3 p.m. sharp. However, every time I log in, nothing is available. However, I am a computer scientist whose tool I know how to use! It’s desperate, I don’t know what to do anymore,” laments this resident of Sarcelles whose current residence permit expired on January 3.
