I had the honor, this Friday, January 10, 2025, of being elevated, by presidential decree, to the rank of Knight of the National Order of the Lion.
Recognition of the work accomplished with self-sacrifice and ingenuity fills every servant of the Republic with satisfaction and pride.
I thank the new Authorities for having sacrificed to this republican tradition. My sincere gratitude to the Head of State of Senegal, His Excellency Mr. Bassirou Diomaye Faye, to the Prime Minister Mr. Ousmane SONKO, to the Minister of Infrastructure, Land and Air Transport, Mr. Yankhoba DIÉMÉ.
I dedicate this distinction, the 2nd awarded to me by the Republic, after the National Order of Merit in 2016, to my family and friends.
May ALLAH, The Omnipotent Sovereign, continue to preserve and elevate Senegal.
